Position Summary:

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating daily field operations, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and providing outstanding customer service. You will be the key point of communication between customers, service technicians, and the office team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations for plumbing and repair services.
- Coordinate daily routes for maximum efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and answer questions.
- Track job status and technician progress throughout the day.
- Respond to emergency service requests and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, customer interactions, and job statuses.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve scheduling conflicts or other operational challenges.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 yrs previous experience as a service dispatcher in a similar role required.
- Knowledge of similar industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Proficient in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
