Septic Blue is a growing leader in septic system services, providing septic tank pumping, inspections, repairs, and maintenance. We are looking for a Class B CDL Septic Technician to join our team.
No septic experience? No problem! If you have a current and valid Class A or Class B CDL, we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
- Perform septic tank pumping, maintenance, and repair services
- Conduct septic system inspections and identify potential issues
- Troubleshoot and repair septic system components, including pumps, pipes, and distribution boxes
- Safely operate vacuum trucks, tools, and other equipment
- Provide professional, exceptional customer service
- Communicate with customers regarding services and recommendations
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable health regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and invoicing
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Tanker Endorsement required or willingness to obtain immediately
- Clean MVR
- Septic industry experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
Septic, sewer, construction, plumbing, pest control, skilled trades, trade sales, or outside sales.
